REHOBOTH — June 18, 2014 — Rehoboth Planning Board agrees to hold public hearing on overnight truck storage at waste hauler's Route 44 building. The board voted unanimously to waive the full site plan approval fee — setting the applicant's cost at $100 plus advertisement expenses — for a hearing to consider modifying condition 17 of the March 2013 site plan approval granted to Dale Souza of Waste Tech Disposal at 567 Winthrop Street. Attorney Russell Waddell argued that Souza's 15-truck fleet regularly exceeds the three-to-four-vehicle indoor capacity of the building, creating a compliance problem when parts delays ground a truck past the 6 p.m. closing hour.
