Town Meeting approves multifamily overlay 194-81
Rehoboth Town Meeting approved a multifamily overlay district 194-81 and created a $500,000 PFAS reserve. Voters adopted the MBTA Communities zone after Town Counsel Jay Taleman said the state was suing non-compliant towns and had sought a special master. A motion to end debate passed 184-90.
